No. This is a transcript from a Family Court proceeding in Dutchess County on March 22, 2017 .

Gambino , a court appointed 18B taxpayer funded attorney and children's attorney (now running for family court judge), colludes with Family Court Judge Joan Posner to intimidate and further suppress a family court litigants extracurricular activities as a family court reform advocate/whistleblower. His civil rights to protest, write books, FOIL attorney bills to the state, etc. have been used against him for years with gross retaliation and has kept him from having a relationship with his 2 children for over 4 years.

Aggressive Conduct Against his client and kids?
Of course Gambino thinks Judge Joan Posner orders are sufficient. It suppresses the whistleblower and a father's relentless pursuit of justice - Paranoid much Joan?!

Why would Court appointed attorney Thomas Gambino have issues with people FOILing his bills? What does he have to hide? Why is he requesting login information for the Impeach Joan Posner email addresses and financials? Is he getting paid by Joan Posner to do this research? Then loses his cool about it in a courtroom that he is being exposed?

Affirmation by Court Appointed Attorney Thomas Gambino that he performed these services for his family court client. Really? He represented a family court client who
has a problem with his 18B attorney bills being FOILED?
His client has problems with Protests? This is a domestic violence issue?

Based on the transcript from March 22, 2017 and with the knowledge that Court appointed Attorney Thomas Gambino is acting beyond the family court jurisdiction, Judge Joan Posner continues to approve his bills.
Further proof that Gambino was trying to silence the group was the fact that on March 7, 2017 , 2 weeks before his rant in family court, he had a 3rd party Web Designer - Dena Varble Design register the following domain names.

Note the domains with the word "impeach" amongst others. He was concerned that if he was elected family court judge there would be impeachment campaign just like what was attempted with Judge Joan Posner. He was trying to keep someone from using those domains.
This certainly shows his motives that he was considering running for judge months later and used the family court proceedings to silence whistleblowers.
Here it is again, on May 12, 2016, Gambino going off on a rant outside of the jurisdiction of Family Court. All billable time submitted by Gambino and approved by Posner. See Attorney McGaw who was Pontillo's attorney at the time ridicule Gambino's behavior.​ Did the judge impose sanctions? None that we have seen.
